No Returns or Exchanges

All products sold through I SURVIVED AN INSECURE MAN are final sale. Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color choice
  • Product not as expected
  • Damaged items (Please see our Shipping & Damage Policy below)
  • Order errors made by the customer

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or exchanges, but there are a few exceptions:

  1. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of physically receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or store credit, provided the damage was not due to mishandling or improper use after receipt.

  2. Order Errors: If an error was made by us (e.g., wrong item shipped or other manufacturing errors), we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or refund.

Our All Sales Are Final policy allows us to keep our prices low and maintain a streamlined shopping experience for our customers. By reducing the administrative overhead associated with returns and exchanges, we can focus more on providing the best products at great value.
